Jaguar XK120 Tandem Brake Master Cylinder (3620) & matching Short Pushrod Kit (3612)
A brand-new TRW tandem brake master cylinder (3620) supplied with the correct short pushrod (30883 / 4191), designed for later Jaguar XK120 models fitted with the dual-line braking system from April 1952 onwards.
Includes: 1 × TRW tandem brake master cylinder and 1 × short pushrod.
Compatibility: Later Jaguar XK120 models, April 1952 onwards.
References: C6712, Lockheed 31526, 30883 / 4191.
Specific (long) Mounting plate 3123 is required to mount this cylinder (not included).
Important Note: Careful setup and slow bleeding are essential with these cast iron master cylinders. Also ensure the correct piston clearance (float) of 1/32" (0.80 mm), as specified in the Jaguar workshop manual is factored in as these components do expand in use, so extra free-play is essential to avoid binding.
Left-hand-drive cars also require a heatshield (3121) due to the proximity of the exhaust manifold.
